Monday - Thursday, 9 AM - 4 PM
Friday, 9 AM - 1 PM
Tours on Fridays at 11 AM.

Memorial Church is closed for University holidays, University closures, services, and private events. Windhover Contemplative Center is currently closed. There is no expected re-opening date at this time.

Haydn's Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross 

In this seven-section work, Haydn is at his most reflective. Evoking the last hours of Christ’s life, the work’s individual sections carry tempo markings of Largo, Adagio, Lento, Grave. In this performance by the St. Lawrence and Friends, Haydn's music will be punctuated with readings from the Good Friday service by the Rev. Dr. Tiffany Steinwert, Dean for Religious & Spiritual Life.

Easter Sunrise Service with Eucharist

The Dish at Stanford

This Sunrise Easter Service with Eucharist will be an outdoor gathering at The Dish beginning at 6:30am and will include a Christian worship service including Eucharist (with gluten-free and alcohol-free options available). The service should last about an hour.

If you would like to join others in hiking to The Dish, we will depart from University Lutheran Church at 5:30am sharp. If you would like to make your own way there, the service will begin at 6:30am. You may enter from either Stanford Ave gate or Gerona Road Gate, which should both be open by 5:30. The coordinates for where the service takes place are: 37.406724, -122.178566 in decimal, or 37° 24' 24.2058"N, 122° 10' 42.5994"W in degrees/minutes/seconds.
